One thing that helps me lose weight.

Goal clothes. 

It would be pretty insane for me to buy clothes for retail price, not knowing if I’ll ever fit them or not. That’s why my goal clothes are usually thrifted. I got these high waisted shorts a while back, and they hardly buttoned.  Now I can fit them pretty nicely, although I should wait to get thinner to wear them out. For 1.99$ and a new favorite pair of shorts, it’s worth it.

And sorry for the dark and blurry pics, one of my lights are out.
